| I just purchased a Zen Mozaic and downloaded two books to it. They both have spots where the file just freezes, stops playing. Skipping past it takes you to the next section, several chapters ahead.
Any way to fix this? Is it a digital file problem or the hardware?
Any help or advise appreciated. I sent this question to Creative's technical support, but there is a 24 hour turn around. Just hoping to get it solved before then.

| Looks like you're gonna have to wait for tech support. 
Please let us know what happens! | Looks that way. We've got a few techno folks on here who are pretty savy. Thought I might get lucky.
